Ours is a realistic, practical and holistic approach. We are on the ground with conversations and engagements.

We combine issuing our dignity care package with mentorship on the significant issues that affect a majority of girls in Kenya as far as Menstrual Health Management, Sexual Reproductive Health and Life Skills are concerned.

We provide a safe space where the girls can openly and confidently talk about the changes in their bodies, talk openly about menstrual experiences, break the silence and debunk the myths and taboos on Menstrual Health.

These conversations help build their confidence and knowledge and self-esteem to be better decision makers and to fully tap in to their potential. Our dignity care pack contains;

6 packets of pads, 3 cotton panties, 1 bar soap, 1 reusable mask, 1 booklet on Menstrual Health, 1 petroleum jelly-100g and an MFF carrier bag. We also have a sub-program dubbed Adopt-A-Girl wherein we adopt girls to supply them with a monthly dignity pack

Providing a safe space for open discussions helps break down harmful taboos and empowers girls. The dignity care pack is a thoughtful and essential resource. How can more communities be encouraged to adopt similar programs to support menstrual health?
