Phannie is the founder and Managing Director of the Foundation. She oversees the day-today operations of the foundation, implementation of the foundations programs, she is also responsible for overseeing fundraising and ensuring there are sound financial practices.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and practices as such in Nairobi with the Law Firm of P. A. KWEGA & CO. ADVOCATES, which she also manages. She has bias for Legal Audit and Compliance, Employment and Labor Law, Women and Girl Rights issues. Phannie is passionate about giving back to society through girls empowerment, knowledge sharing and visits with donations to various lesser fortunate individuals and groups. Joshua is a charismatic associate in the field of finance in pursuit of making a significant change in the society and a believer of sustainable development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and also a certified public accountant, working as a lead Tax Consultant in one of the local firms.
He joins our team as a Director, entrusted with building sustainable relationships with our partners and providing assurance in smoothening the operations at My Flow Foundation. For the short period we have been operational, Joshua has taken part in some of the field activities in a spirit to the mission of My Flow foundation.

She is the Secretary of the Foundation involved in day to day operations of the Board, she ensures proper record keeping, accurate minute taking and recording and provides assistance to the Board from time to time. Susan loves writing, reading and outdoor fun activities.

Miriam is warm and kind individual. She is a church elder in St, Andrews ACK Church in Rural Vihiga, she has founded several women chamas that empower women and young adults with financial literacy and encourage responsible living.
She is the Foundation’s Rural Coordinator. She oversees implementation of the Foundation Programs in Rural Western Kenya. She delights in sharing with girls from all backgrounds to ensure that they are empowered to confidently live their purpose.

Abigael Osendi is a nurse by profession with bachelor’s degree in nursing currently pursuing her masters in maternal and neonatal health. Works for vihiga county government as a reproductive health coordinator for Emuhaya subcounty, and Vihiga county Adolescent and youth sexual reproductive health coordinator.
She is passionate about Adolescent and young peoples sexual reproductive health. She is a trainer of trainers in community strategy, Adolescent and young people sexual reproductive health, Emergency obstetric, maternal and neonatal care,and family planning. She is the Foundation’s Rural Coordinator and helps the foundation achieve its objectives in Western Rural Kenya.
